The Science associated with the Pharmaceutical Regulatory has progressed enormously over the past decades. The concern today is not just to produce an optimal formulation but also fundamental knowledge on the regulatory requirements for approval of new drugs, and drug products in regulated markets of India & other countries. It is my immense pleasure in bringing out the first edition of book in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Science for benefit of students. The major objective of editing this book is to present the information in a lucid, condensed and scoring form, according to the need of graduate students of pharmacy. I feel the text is more readily appreciated and understood when shown in the form of simple figure, table or flow chart.
